2008 Quench the Fire 5K To Raise Awareness of RSD and Chronic Pain

by Emily

The 2008 Quench the Fire 5K Run/Walk/Roll is hosted by the University of Southern California School of Medicine and will benefit the USC Pain Center in its goal to raise awareness of neuropathic and other chronic pain conditions such as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. This is the 2nd annual event and is expected to be lots of fun and hugely successful.

I live in Australia. I have recently started a video blog to try and tell my story and help people to understand a little better what RSD is like. I am very interested in finding out more about how you have organised fundraisers…namely the institute that you are funding and if you have any information about current research…I’m trying to gather information to see if it would be possible to organise something like that here.
